I think we should have the option to turn the swear filter off. If swearing doesn't bother us, then why should we be forced to not see it? I think it should be on by default, but we should have the option to turn it off if swearing doesn't bother us.

Not possible, since most of the filters modify the posts, so it can't be reversed :p
