Crack on Mountain

Can someone help me find the crack near Oelivert to find the treasure with Freyas weapon Dragon Hair. I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find it. Thanks. :)

maybe it's near the place where a lot of wind is going out of a wall (i remember i found i there) =)
