how the hell do i switch accounts on firefox from default user to default? i had to change coz some looney sent me spyware on a website but it automatically came up

What do you mean default user to default? Do you mean as the default application for viewing the web?

some <b>*snip</b> sent me a virus and spyware and it ended up blocking my firefox a window came up saying that firefox was in use i created another account where there no bookmarks or toolbars from my other firefox i cant get back to normal

Go to Run and type in "firefox.exe -profilemanager". Delete the one you created. If that doesn't work, go to: "C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\" and delete the folder with the name of the profile you created.
