Yeah cuz in the favorite GF topic some people said that griever was there favorite GF, which I found strange.

Well he is a GF, he's just not one you can junction.

Odin and Gilgamesh, while they are GFs, only show up when they feel like it and aren't junctionable.

you can actully summon Griever through useing quisitis's final limit break and you need a Dark Matter to learn it, and yes it is most worth it you can make a dark matter out of 100 curse spikes and like grievier's attack he does ShockWave Pulsar which exceeds 9999 damage

Almost. Griever's 'ultimate attack' (if you will), Shockwave Pulsar, which he uses in the second stage of the final battle, can be learned by Quistis as Blue Magic. You're not really summong Griever, just using his attack, though that's an interesting way to look at it.

As Kaiser mentioned, you can refine the Dark Matter, which teaches Shockwave Pulsar, from 100 Curse Spikes. Take note, though, that the GF Siren has to be at level 100 to be able to refine the Dark Matter.

Taken from the Brady FF8 guide:

When called upon, MiniMog will perform a dance that restores all of your GFs' HP.... Each time you use MiniMog in battle, it'll cost you Gil. The amount varies based on your character's level times 100 Gil. So if your average level is 20, it'll cost you 2000 Gil.

It could be that you don't have enough money to use the command, or that none of your GFs need healing. Other than that, I have no idea.
