What are you addicted to? Personally, I have to drink tea. I love it, and can't live without it. Does anybody else feel like that about tea or whatever? And do you have any tips on how to control the addiction? *Goes away to make herself a cup of char*

I dont mind the stuff but its too much hassle to make >_>

Thankles Resha! :D I'm waiting for our stoopid kettle to boil...V_V I love Pepsi and milk as well, but not together! At the mo, I'm going through 2-3 pints of milk a day, and I drink about 2 litres of Pepsi/Coke/Dr. Pepper a day, as well as at least 5 cups of tea. I need help! :Oo: :screwy:

My boyfriend said if I loved him I would give up soda but I said if I loved him I would drink as much soda as I can. Because there was free soda and it's hard to change routine so I forgot about the bet and drank it, so I changed it to, DRINK LOTS! Which is bad. >.> But I'm also addicted to the Internet. Do you exceed half a litre a day? I easily do. Some days I find myself drinking one litre of tea, part in the morning and part in the afternoon.

Drinking too much tea can be very bad for you. Same with Coffee. In fact, anything taken in excess is potentially bad for you.

I really love my tea, but Im not obsessed with it. I have a slightly obsessive personality so I tend to monitor myself when it comes to addictive things. :D

I love tea! <3 :love: I always have a cup of tea everyday when I get home. it is so refreshing! No sugar though, I don't like sweet tea. I like all sorts of tea... There's this Chinese tea my mum's got & it is lovely! I can't remember what it is called though...
My mum's a bit of a tea nut, she's got all these different herbal teas. But I suppose that's good for me.

Hmmm addictions... I'm addicted to me GameCube, Nintendo related stuff, Zelda games, Mario games, tea, playing my guitar, Björk, Led Zeppelin... & that's about it. There's more but I can't think of them at the moment.

Personally, I prefer Green Tea. It's so relaxing when it's made correctly and drank correctly. I also like Ginseng Tea. Right now, I'm sipping from a cup of Jasmine Green Tea, to describe it is like drinking a fresh flower. If I don't have green tea or ginseng tea, I feel less capable during the day because of the lack of it's effects.

I've opened up a pack of jasmine green tea over four months ago, and it still has it's strong aroma as when it was first opened. I found to bring out the taste of jasmine green tea, I had to had some sugar, roughly three teaspoons was sufficient for the size of the cup I was using.

I think I wrote about addictions in a thread a while ago, so I'll just say, I love tea. I have a cup every morning when I get up and sometimes when I get home from work or in the evening sometime too. It's nice and it also helps if I have a sore throat. I use sweeteners not sugar though 0=)
