How many times did you have to fight the big boss in the Desert before defeating it?

I had to start over because of that thing!! There was just no way I was going to defeat it. . . So now, I'm going to make sure my people are at least a level 99. That way, I MIGHT stand a chance against it.

Use catnip accessory (yes i know i can't spell) with a hurt gunner and each hit takes away 9999..............would it take away more if you have break damage limit? I've always wanted to know that myself

4 or 5 tries.

Just keep healing every turn. I tried 2-3 times and beated it at around level 60. :)
