Magus! Cool character with cool music. Ok, all the music was great but Magus is still pretty awesome. He has a great storyline too.

I like Lucca. I thought she was genuinely sweet. She couldve been made into this stereotype genius and nothing more but the creators gave her alot of character. I like the role she played in Chrono Cross and I was genuinely touched in the moonlight parade ending when she broke down because she wasnt sure if Robo could still exist or not. (And yeah I love Magus's music.)

Actually, the matter can be debated. (http://home.earthlink.net/~letrimh/wrong.htm) Refer to the section "Chapter 8" for details. While it does note that "Chrono" is an acceptible Romanization, it deconstructs the notion that the name was inescapably "Chrono" in the Japanese version.

It was a tough choice, since I like all the characters and together they make an interesting and exciting pack. Marle, Lucca and Magus are the ones to me that stand out most, but I had to choose Marle, because she's the most like myself *haha*. Stubborn, a little-miss-princess, but she's also sweet and kind at heart (this has yet to be proven if it goes for me too xP).

The characters were very complex (Crono was silent, but he still had a wonderful personality ^^), but if I had to choose one, it would have to be Marle. She wasn't the stereotypical rebel princess. She was not spoiled, she was not naive, she was not helpless or weak. She was kind, sweet, courteous, and she was very brave. I loved her loyalty to Crono too. Those too were a great couple. ;)

Everyone says Magus is awesome, and indeed he does look the part, but he has NO dual techs. All he has is magic that's useless against the bosses you face after getting Crono back (Ever try to beat the Black Omen Lavos Spawn with Magus? IT RESULTS IN PAIN. :mad2: ) Magus sucks.
