Step one, change your password. Also when using someone's computer make sure you logout when you leave so he wont be ble to use your account.

Your account is receiving PMs from someone else? What is the username of the person sending you PMs? That would help us quite a bit.

Also, the advice about changing your password is good advice.

If you used your account at a public computer, make sure you logged out, and for extra security go ahead and clear the cookies.
