im a tad confused...ive beat Tactics 3 times and this time through im using Train for awhile but it seems to NEVER work....ive tried it just sitting back and waiting till a guy is terminal (assume thats when they are on their knees) and see if it works...ive stood next to them when they become terminal....never seems to work
