Need help fast

My sis wants to find a place to download Free Music, that doesn't require me to download software/programs, does anyone have a good site. (Dont move this thread to music, almost no-one reads those threads anyway)

Soulseek the best. Bittorrent is the next best thing. The people that get fined or are unlucky enough to face criminal charges are the ones that a sharing 80GB worth of music with the rest of the world.
