Cats or Dogs?

What do you like better? Cats, or dogs?

Personally, I perfer cats. A lot of dogs get on my nerves with there endless barking and slobbering. *hits head against desk* Small dogs are cute and nice, but big dogs... :mad: I absolutely love Welsh Corgis though, with there big ears and short legs. :D Anyways, yeah, cats are better in my opinion. They're usually more quiet then dogs and I like animals that can just sit there calmly on your lap and NOT bark and fart in your face. >=( *glares at dog*

My cat acts like a puppy sometimes. n_n It's cute. She'll play fetch and she'll meow like crazy when I come home. She's a weird but cute cat. :)

I prefer cats. I enjoy their "I'm better than you.' looks, their insect catching abilities, their "GIVE ME PETS!" rubs (and in the case of one of my cats attacks me when I don't), their independent (for the most part) attitude, also the way they don't stare at me and my food when I'm eating.

All I'll say is that we have over 20 most likely double that. So I can get real tired of them.

I have a cat and two dogs. I love them and hate them in their own special ways. Cats tend to barf everywhere and assault you for no reason, but they're low-maintenance. Dogs poop in your yard and require lots of attention, but they give lots of love.

Bottom line: Fish are better, because you will never have to clean up their poop*.

I got one of those dogs. It's rather ugly though. lol

I tihnk I know why I don't like dogs so much. Two things....

They malled one of ours kittens almost to death. I ran outside started kickin dogs around to get the kitten. I saw it die.....

The other we have these little puppies in a fenced area. But two runts escaped. One of them got bit on the head. Went into shock. Cried whenever it was awake. We were wishin that it would get better. But we had to put it down. It couldn't walk or anything but cry.....

I'm tired of dogs.

2) wow, did you see all that attention the chihuahuas are getting? why yes - but persians are more luxurious.

You poor dear.. That must've been so awful. I almost cried reading that post, and I didin't even see what you saw :/

What I'm saying is, I love cats more than anything or anyone on this planet. There is nothing so cute, beautiful and innocent as a little kitten, and nothing so elegant as a grown-up cat who knows that she/he is gorgeous (I don't want to refer to any animal as "it" for respect reasons).
I don't like cat breeding too much, some persians, short haired (Cornish Rex and the like) and some oriental breeds don't even look like real cats to me.
I mean no offense to those who own one of these breeds or anything, I just have my own taste and everyone does too ^^
I did a test to find a breed that fits to my personality and household, and surprisingly I got Maine Coon or American Curl as result o.o I don't have a cat right now,because of allergies in my family, so I'll have to wait until I live on my own *sad-face*

Now I want to state also that I don't hate dogs at all, most dogs are adorable and very cute. Thih, take a look at my brother's miniatyre pincher, she's a little firecracker (in this one she's begging for a becon snack x)):

My most favorite animal was my kitty cat! Mainly because we grew up together and she always used to take care of me when I fell asleep, then she was my alarm clock and she'd sleep on my head and dig her claws into me until I woke up. :D But I had to choose dogs over cats because they come in different shapes and sizes and some dogs snore and make funny noises, others just cuddle and give you that "I luuuub you" look, and they always can tell when you're unhappy and try to make you happier. :D

Dogs by far. I hear a lot of people say that they like cats more because they're more independent, but I love dogs more because they ARE dependent. They just love you to death and worship the ground you walk on. Every time you see them, they're as happy as can be, because in their cute little minds, you're the king/queen of the world. "Wow! He/she came out to see ME! How lucky I am!" A good dog will be a friend to you even when nobody else will, no matter what. That kind of friendship is not experienced a lot.

Meanwhile, every cat I've experienced doesn't like to be around people and runs away all the time. They scratch at you and bite you when you try to love on them. Perhaps it's just me. But yeah, Peanut's the greatest creature in the world. Go dogs.

Considering cats let themselves in the house & go out when they please, come back for food, & then bugger out again, I'd go for doggehs. Either cats are like that, or they're bone idle & laze around all day & do nothing.
