FF7 PC Version - Where was that site with the improved music?

Okay, I'm drawing a blank here. I've tried countless Google searches but have found nothing.

I'm trying to find
1) The site that had all the FF7 and FF8 Soundfonts for the PC version to make them sound like what's on the PSX
2) A forum dedicated to the FF7 PC version and the modding of it

EDIT: By the way, I know a sound patch on Fileplanet but that's not a good one.

Does anyone have a link to either of these?

EDIT2: I'm also looking for something that documents the exact changes between the PSX and PC version.

Do you know what it means with a soundfond working on "an Awe64?"

I believe that "Awe64" is a type of Creative's Soundblaster soundcard. I think the 64 indicates that it can process 64 voices.
