I was wondering if there was a way to tell when you are getting your next Limit Break. I used to have a guide that told me, because I've never had Cloud with OminSlash before he fought the final Sephiroth Battle.. It kinda went something like this.. (this is just a layout, it's not correct)

Cloud Limit Breaks - Use his first limit break 6 times and you get his second. Kill 12 enemies with his Second limit break to get his Level 2 Limit Break.

Erm it was something like that anyways. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and can help it'd be much appreciated. Thanks

I think it´s like this, at least it always works when I´m doing it:

1/1 - initial Limit Break
1/2 - use 1/1 eight times

2/1 - kill 80 enemies
2/2 - use 2/1 six times

3/1 - kill 80 enemies
3/2 - use 3/1 six times

Something like that.
However, numbers of needed enemy defeats seem to vary a lot,
I´ve heard of some chars having to finish 96 enemies and stuff like that.
But this is pretty much how it goes.

3/1 - kill 80 enemies

When it says kill 80 ememies, is that with Limit Breaks or just normal attacks?

It means nothing in particular, kill ´em anyway you like.
Finishing Touch? Allowed.
Ultima? Allowed.
LIMIT BREAKS? Allowed! :)

There really are no rules concering the killing thing,
as long as you actually *kill* them! :D

You´re welcome, man!
My favourite tactic is like:

Ultima=MP Absorb

It´s strong and fast. :)

Actually, there are a few exceptions. Kills do not count if they occur via Odin's Steel Bladed Sword attack, gradual Poison status damage (killing an enemy with Bio3 would count toward the total, but killing the enemy by slowly sapping HP after the initial attack doesn't), the Death Sentence Enemy Skill, or by having a manipulated monster defeat another enemy.

Well, those are exceptions, yeah.
But I was talking about attacks with weapons or magic in general.

Another question: Where did you learn this at? Was it something that could be found in the game or did you learn it after numerous tests?

You get some rather light info about it at the "Beginners Basement" (my name) in Junon Docks.
However, I got the detailed info from numerous FF-sites, and they all seem to agree concerning this stuff.
