dont let him and his constant anal mould get on your nerves what happens is a character who equips it and is on low health will always do 9999 no matter what so it is useful for combo attacks like trigger happy.

catnip is a game ruiner, especially when you combine it with enterprise (99999)
you get it after you kill the second boss in via infinito duh!!!

In the North American, PAL, and International + Last Mission editions of FFX-2, one obtains the Catnip after defeating Black Element in Cloister 40 of the Via Infinito (In the original Japanese version, one received an Enterprise in place of a Catnip after finishing Black Element). In all editions of the game save I + LM, the Catnip raises all actions (attack and healing) to 9999 when one's health is reduced to the point where it is displayed in yellow. Thus, the ability is best used in conjunction with a multiple attack technique (Trigger Happy is the best option). In the I + LM version of the game, so I understand, the Catnip's effectiveness has been substantially reduced. It's overall effect (9999 at low health) remains the same, but the character is always afflicted with Slow and Berserk statuses. The Berserk cannot be removed, rendering the Trigger Happy trick impossible.
