Where can i find the monster with a spell called lvl 5 death

do u guys know where i can find a monster that uses a lvl 5 death spell. I need it to beat the grand dragons using quinas blue magic.. Thank you

Stropers and Dracozombies (not Dragonzombies) can be found in the Iifa Tree. Lich is a boss fight at the end of disc 3, one of the few bosses you can Eat. A Whale Zombie is easiest to find on the Salvage Archipelago, but can rarely be found on the Lost and Outer Continents as well. I would suggest getting Lv 5 Death from a Stroper, it's the easiest.

A couple hits with Blizzaga from Vivi will take out a Grand Dragon easily. I wouldn't bother getting Lvl. 5 Death.

how do i learn firaga, blizzaga, and thundaga spells?

You'll get it from some staff around disc three. I'm sure someone else can give you more details than that, if you need them, but it's not like you'll miss it.

you find the staff in the shop in the place on that ice contnent north of the forgotten continent i think.
