...and? Is there something else that you would like to discuss in this thread? Like maybe the awesomeness of Newbies and other good ways that they may be welcomed to the site?

What else are we supposed to do with newbies?

I find it sort of stupid, but I'm not going to tell other people how to greet new members to the forum. If they like it, they can do it all they want.

Were you abused when you joined a couple weeks ago? :( :p

I was hevily abused when I first joined. Many of those things that I got they don't even do anymore.

But it's still fun. And of course it's stupid, but it gives us something to do, I suppose.

Back in my day...
Which was about a month ago haha...
Well, I mean, what do we do with them? They keep stealing my text colors!! :fpcry: And they're so mean....
I know! Let's lock them in a closet for the first month and then let them out when they're human again and not newbies! :fpenerg:

I like plastic, it's metal-detector proof, so I can stab ppl on airplanes, and for your info, I stab not prod.

Every member has their way of welcoming the newbs. Denying that would be akin to denying the personality of that member.

Indeed. The only way to avoid being a newbie is to actually have 'Old' in your name. *nod*
