I have a question....a STAR WARS question.

So I was on vacation not too long ago and I bought a pirated copy of Star Wars episode III revenge of the sith. Woops, I messed up, it was in Spanish. But I was very bored so I decided to watch it anyway. Now I havent seen any star wars movies besides episode 1 when it first came out in theatres so I dont know much about the storline besides a few details ("Luke, I am your father" etc.) So at the end of the movie I saw Padme give birth to Luke and die but I noticed something, Padmé gave birth to two kids, one being Luke who was ported off to the desert and the other who stayed in the....big sci fi city place. Who was this other guy?

The other child is Luke's twin sister, Leia. This isnt revealed till far down the line in the original trilogy.

Well at first, the possibility was open at one point. They kiss in Empire Strikes Back, and in Return of the Jedi Luke finds out the information. By this time, regardless, Han and Leia are mad about eachother, so it isnt a huge blow or anything.
