Kazuya is easily better, his storyline is better than Jin's, his general character and the way he's developed over the games is better. Plus the fact that ever since Jin lost the Mishima style of Karate he's been completely crap.

Jin looks like a bad man in his hoodie, but Kazuya is the ultimate. As much as Jin shows to hate his dad, he knows he can't help but aspire to be as awesome as he is, and knows he can't give up stuff like Double-Kick-in-the-face Throw. Heihachi in thong and clogs beats them all though.

Jin Although Kazuya is more basic to use which makes him one of the best characters. Jin at times can be a little hard to use is what Im saying...

Jin wears awesome clothes, Kazuya is pretty generic in that department. He does redeem himself with a cool eye and personality.

Devil Jin looks a tonne better than Devil Kazuya though. The only reason for liking Kazuya is that he fights with Mishima style karate but Devil Jin does too, so Kazuya may as well be dead to me.

If you're going to include phonetics, at least do them right. [who-a-ran], [jin] and [Kah-zui-a]. That's how the names are pronounced in the game.

Anyway, Kazuya is my favorite because he's got the better moves, a better and more original story, and he's been a part of Tekken since the beginning. Jin pretty much sucked in Tekken 5. Devil Jin was pretty good though. Devil Jin > Devil. Kazuya > Jin.

The question would be harder if it was Devil Jin against Kazuya.

Tekken 4 was just too easy in Tekken 5 it's alot more interesting

Jin is really good IMO i liked his ending scene and the way he sat on the throne


Kazuya seems to be wreckless and desperate for vengence but IMO Heihachi (hay atch he) pwns Kazuya but Jin is great but the problem is he disowned the Mishima style of fighting

If a player plays Jin defensivly he can easily beat Kazuya. Most of Kazuyas moves are mid to high body attacks that Jin can parry easily, leaving Kazuya exposed. Kazuyas only hope is to either use his fastest moves to catch the other player off guard (of which he has little) or strike low (however he has very little low striking moves).

Ill go for Jin.

Thats because they used jin to replace kazuya at the time with thee same moves with a little tweeks. Then in T4 and 5 he kept those tweeks and had his own kazama fighting style since kazuya was back. Those tweeks were simply the old kazama moves he knew...

He was called that in Tekken 5. When he wins, I believe. I've always pronounced the G in the last of his name though, and I've noticed that the game also does that more often than not, so sorry about that. :p

for some reason i like jin a bit better. i admit i love using the rising and dragon uppercuts of Kazuya, but Jin is just a tad bit more well rounded, and suits my fighting style a hair better.

But he does have the drop punch (down + Square) and drawback punch (up-away + Square+Triangle).

Easiest "Perfect" combo: Power Up (away + Square+Triangle), on enemy approach, Horizontal Launcher (up-away + Square+Triangle), following running Jump Kick (toward-toward "Dash" then Cross).

Fastest combo: Square, Cross, Triangle, Square * Circle. I like to finish it off with a down-toward + Circle.

Cross? don't you mean the X button theres X square circle and triangle


X and O are kicks Triangle and square are punch


O and forward is good it hits most the time and is liable can hit downed enemies

Asuka is not Jin's aunt (that is not even in the game of her being an aunt). I haven't played Tekken 5: DR; but it is not even in the game that they are related.

It is stated though (but I never heard it from Namco or saw it in the game):
"Not surprisingly, since Asuka and Jin have the same surname, it is known, through an official statement made by Namco, that they are cousins." ( Wikipedia, The Free Encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asuka_Kazama) )
