How can I reach this place?

I am looking for a chocograph treasure called "Uncultivated Land". If you look at the map below, it is just South of Alexandria. But the problem is that I don't know how to get down there. I do not have Hilde Garde 3, I only have the boat for now and I don't wanna wait until I get the airship to get it. please help! thank you!

you must have the reef chocobo. go to the chocobo's lagoon, play chocobo hot and cold. play until you get the chocograph "dawn lagoon" then go to it, it's just south of treno. when you get the treasure you will be upgraded to a mountain chocobo, then you will be able to get the treasure.

i don't think I can go to lagoon. I can't get chocobo to cross water yet. I have a regular Chocobo (Beak Level:7)

You don't need any specific chocobo or Hilda Garde to reach it. You have to travel to the Alexandria/Evil Forest area by foot, and then call on a chocobo on chocobo tracks with Gysahl Greens nearby the treasure spot.
