.. Yeah, you heard it! Peanut butter & JELLY BABEH!

Anyway.. Do any of you play the guitar? If so:

What genre of guitar music do you learn?
How good are you?
What are you currently learning?
What was the last song you learnt?
How long have you been playing?
What guitar do you have?
What amp do you have & what wattage is it?
What effects do you have?
& lastly, what makes do you prefer to buy? i.e. Fender, Gibson

Me:

1. I like to learn anything from classical acoustic to shred!
2. I'd say that I'm average. Nothing special & nothing dull.
3. Led Zeppelin - Immigrant Song [It's one of my faves by them & I can't beleive that I haven't bothered to learn it until now!]
4. Black Sabbath - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
5. 3 years & 5 months
6. A crappy Encore one. Mainly because I haven't bothered to get a new one. I've been concentrating on other gear. But my next guitar which I'll be getting is a PRS.
7. A Line 6 Spider II 30wt
8. Just my Crybaby wah & a DigiTech Multi-Effects Unit.
9. PRS, Gibson, Fender, Line 6, Laney.

So...

What genre of guitar music do you learn? Indie stuff, for the most part.
How good are you? To be honest, I've only just started learning, so I'm not very good at all. I know maybe a dozen songs, as well as a bunch of chords that can be applied to a lot of different tunes.
What are you currently learning? Bloc Party's So Here We Are. It's not very hard, so I just need to practice it for a bit until I can do it flawlessly.

What guitar do you have? At the moment I use my Dad's acoustic, a Takamine AN10. However, I'm on the verge of buying an Epiphone Les Paul Custom.
What amp do you have & what wattage is it? Again, haven't got one yet.
What effects do you have? Once again, none.
What makes do you prefer to buy? i.e. Fender, GibsonAll I really have to go on is looks and a couple of hours with other peoples' instruments. I prefer the styling of Gibson guitars, but it wouldn't really be fair to make a decision when I don't really know what I'm talknig about.

I really like my old Marshall tube amps, because when they’re working properly i.e. when the volume is turned up all the way, there’s nothing can beat them, nothing in the whole world. It looks like two refrigerators hooked together...

I don't think that was me.
