I just got the oxyale from the bottom of the spring, and I have no idea what to do with it now, can someone help? thx

Go to the town with the water shrine (Onrac, I think) and talk to the lady who made the submarine, and since you have the Oxyale, you'll be able to descend to the water shrine.

yep. it's onrac. also u get the rossetta stone here too. my friend searched the whole world over for the stone. :p
