who can help me? who can tell me how can i get 99 soulspring and 99 soulixirs

First off, whats a soulixir?

And second, why do you need 99 of each? I have 54 megalixirs and I never use them. Even Trema doesn't do enough damage to me now to warrant me having 99 of them.

I know the answer.... you either buy them.. or us Game Shark duh....Why do you need them?.. if you go back to celisis you get fully heal.

...if you touch *any* save sphere, you get full hp/mp. FF games are too damned easy nowadays. Anyway, you can't do that while fighting, maybe that's why he needs them?

These items are useful for Alchemist 'Mix' abilities.

I know they're available in small quantities throughout the game, but sadly I don't recall where or how to get larger numbers of them.

go to gamefaqs, theres a guide on Bribeing there. If you make an enemy run away by bribing he will leave better Items. I dont know but maybe its worth a shot.
