topic ^^

i like most of the episodes ive seen so far (im up to volume 4)

so far my fave characters are Ein, Faye, Edward and Spike.

the comedic parts are funny, and Ein is such an awesome doggy.

what i like about my fave characters:
1. Ein - need i explain
2. Faye - shes a psycho chick
3. Edward - shes funny with here aeroplane flying and hacking and (i could go on and on)
4. Spike - has an awesome past and how his first confrontation with his enemy is in a cathedral

the music.... is okay, so far i only like one track (the one that you first here when Faye activates her ship in session #3 honky tonk woman.

i hope there are other fans. and fans of ein

My favorite anime. Love it love it love it. I'm literally going insane because I want the other episodes so bad. But I'll try to come down long enough to post what I think.

In my opinion, it's so great because all of the major characters are done extremely well, and they're all extremely likeable. It's mature, as well; no kiddie stuff here, which is a plus in my book. The comedy is good, and not so much of the typical anime humour. And of course, when it gets serious, it's like "whoa" and you're like "omfg whoa".

The music rocks. I love it. All the episodes are really, really good. At least, all the one that I've seen are. Oh, and the best English dub I've heard ever.

:hyper:

Ok. Cowboy Bebop is just...genius. Oh, and the movie rocks, and I really want the videogame. Yeah.

:D

Dunno what volume, but they're sessions 11-12 and 23-24. Both two-parters are all about Spike's past with Vicious and Julia.

Basically, Cowboy Bebop is the best anime ever. And that's that. :p Best soundtrack, amazing characters, very good animation, and maybe the best English dub out there. It manages to perfectly blend action, comedy, drama, and romance, and completely flesh out all of its characters. You really feel connected to the show, and it feels very complete, even though it's one of the most disconnected (from episode to episode) shows I've ever seen.

Ed is great. "Faye-faye!!". I really like the session in which she spends all her time playing chess. She's hilarious in the movie as well. Jet's a bit generic but there's nothing wrong with that and he does get a little bit of storyline development. The spotlight's on Spike anyway and following his past is great. Faye's story is a little black, like that session with the psychotic fat assassin, it leaves you feeling kinda bemused.

Yeah, that's it. I keep thinking that most animes are 24 episodes and not 26.

Hell yes. (http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/action/cowboybebop/)

Ah, I don't know what my favorite episode was. I'm likin` Heavy Metal Queen.

Oh. One thing I forgot. The action is perfect. As a girl, I find it really, really fun to watch the way Spike moves around. So cool. So exciting.

Damnit.

I'm somewhat worried about the game, given how long it's been in development and the small amount Bandai actually has to show for it. I really, really hope it's a good game. For once, Bandai, don't make a crap game just because it's based on a good anime.

I only liked the two-two parters, as they were more or less the actual main plot, but other then that, I thought the show was pretty pointless. It had some entertaining episodes, and some of it was pretty funny, but there was really no point to any of it, so I guess it was ok. Sorta.

"Ballad of Fallen Angles" totally PWNZZZZ ANYTHING ELSE in anime history KILLIFYING it times about 100000000000000000000000000000.3. Watching it is the best possible way you can spend 25-some minutes.

I love this anime. My favorite episode is Speak Like a Child (where Faye gets the VHS tape in the mail) but pretty much every episode rocks.

Black Dog Serenade is also awesome.

The song "See You Space Cowboy..." from the last episode is amazing. It's
on the theme of Real Folk Blues, but with some awesome piano and vibes
thrown in. Ballade of Fallen Angels (ep 5), Jupiter Jazz parts 1 and 2 (not
sure, but probably around 15-18 area, and The Real Folk Blue parts 1 and 2
(eps 25 and 26) are amazing. Toys in the Attic is awesome too because it
has pretty much nothing to do with anything, and Pierre Le Fou (sp?) is
scary as hell. I can't wait until you see them all, tsu, so you can be utterly
blown away.

Mushroom Samba also doesn't have anything to do with the story, and is hilarious.

Hahaha, true. I nearly died when Ein ate the mushroom.

Mushroom Hunting is a damn good song too.

don't watch them all too fast because eventually you'll run out of new episodes to watch.

XxSephirothxX

Rewatching them is almost as good. :D

But yeah. I like to savor anime--especially when I buy it. When I spend 30 bucks for a DVD set (it's a bootleg, but still, 30 bucks!) and watch it all in a few days, I feel like I've wasted my money.

Yes, yes, yes. Whenever I buy anime, I like spreading out the episodes, even though there might only be a few. I'm not happy about it, though.
