Don't you hate it when you have an itch you just can't cure? Sometimes it's physical, sometimes it's mental, sometimes the saying could probably be used as a metaphor for a problem in your life you can't get rid of, and possibly even need the assistance of someone else (just as long as you keep quiet about his wife and help him bury her). The point is, everybody has them. Except for those who don't.
I don't usually have my crocodile foot back scratcher (http://www.crocfarm.com/products/images/11_12.gif) on hand when I get a back itch, so I can commonly be seen rubbing my back against the town central tree (now the town central whore) like a grumpy old gorilla would.

I hate how you have this monstrous itch so you scratch it, then you get another itch someplace else, and then another, and it neeever stops.

lol, this thread is so silly! ^_^ oh, anyways, I guess my back itches too every now and then since I dye my hair blue, and green and pink every now and then, so my back gets full of chemicals, but I kinda like it like that so it doesn't matter. :grinpink:

Green back hair. Ugh.

Fortunately, I'm flexible enough to reach about any itch. I just hate it when I have something I can't get underneath--like when I was in Iraq and something would get under my body armor. You can't scratch through that stuff...so if you were outside the wire, you'd have to just ignore it, but if you were in a vehicle or on base you'd look like an idiot with your hand inside your body armor.

I have a problem in that my nails are very long. If i scratch they make big red marks on my skin. I can`t face cutting my nails. Instead i think i`ll do the sensible thing and get rid of my skin.

Usually I pour acid or boiling water or molten lava on the itch and then it doesn't itch anymore!

Although as a side effect it does burn, but hey, at least it's not itching!
