These events are what make the game so fun. Unless you're all about the level grind in which case, I'm sure these lovely little breaks in monotony won't be all that interesting.

I love running around doing silly little quests for silly little items and helping other people out along the way. I like the sense of community that comes along with these events.

I've never found any of the events very fun. It seemed like more work than anything else. I got all the stuff for the Christmas event, and later decided it was generally a horrible waste of time. Guess it's just not for me.

I was really hoping to get those island clothes in this event. But it's just the same as last years summer fest, but lamer - i.e. having to buy those shirts, rather than questing them!

Oh well, hopefully the next part of it (which I'm sure there will be), will have something cool.

If it's like last year to be good at the second part you'll have to complete the first part, like with the yutakas and +goldfish scooping skills.

I think I know what it is. It's to get those aqariums for your MH. The first part is getting the goldfish set.

They got the new get a NPC campanion quest.Its pretty fun.I jusst did it and man I'm tired.lol but it is totally worth it.They start at lvl 30.

BTW how come Rabao is celebrating summerfest with fireworks

I tried. Apparently, my partner and I are horrible at giving each other directions. :(

I managed to get the swimsuit + 1 version in a few hours (seeing as you have to wait 1 in-game day to trade in each doll). It was pretty easy, but maybe that's because I did it with people who knew how to do it.

You just have your partner stay at the moogle to keep telling you directions, trade the doll to your partner - have them trade it into the moogle for the item. Then you stay at the moogle this time and trade the doll to the moogle, etc.

I'm sure there's a different way, but that got it all pretty quickly.

Oh, and to get the +1 version, you just do it all again in a different city.

I'm not gonna even bother, buying a Lord's Yukata is enough for me.

Well, those damned moogles know how to get my gil, i wanted the ladys yukata after seeing it (missed last year as game was released in october) so that was 50k gone, then they come out with more gear, so now i have 3 +1 types of gear i will rarely use yay!!!
