Of All Final Fantasy Characters, What ones come to mind as Just Plain Crazy

I can't help but think of Kefka First, I think he should MAke good friends with mary jane, maby that could calm him down a little

Asides from the obvious ones like Kefka, Namingway (FF IV) and the unnamed NPC who hired Hojo at Shinra. Oh, and also Gau's father.

Garland is pretty crazy, in a "drink 3 bottles of cough syrup" kinda way.

Kefka was definitely a character who needed a strong psychiatric support since childhood... At least he doesn't wear a clown nose...
