Umm... no one in the game says 'destwoy'. There are no speech impediments in the game... I don't think so...

I've never heard Corrine talk, and Genis is little, so he might have speech problems.

Maybe your ears aren't as refined as mine and you just can't hear the lipthy words.

Try thinking about it without a lisp if it's too tricky.

hmm... well... I've played it four times, and I don't remember this quote... so that means it must be a boss I haven't faced in all four games. That would be Maxwell, and Abyssion. Since you already said no to Summon Spirits, I'll say Abyssion next.
