treasure hunter rank

anyone here know what happens if u get the highest possible treasure hunter rank that the guy in deguerro tells u about...

i heard b4 that u need all cards, chocobo things, and all treasure chests in the game for the best possible rank, but no 1 ever says if the best rank is a or s or w/e so it sounds like they r making it up and it seems so useless if u get nothing for it.

anyone know?

No you don't have to get every card, chest, and chocograph, but you can't miss much. You need to open as many chests as possible, as well as collecting cards and playing Chocobo Hot and Cold. I believe the more you steal the higher your rank goes as well.

For attaining "S Rank" (the highest rank), Alleyway Jack reveals his true identity Gilgamesh and hands over the "S Rank Badge" (or something like that) which is your prize from the Treasure Hunting Guild.

So all in all, it's basicall pointless.

apart from learning his name.(which is obvious anyway.hes a four armed man so its easy to tell hes gilgamesh.
