how can i use mirc to access the wb i cannot find a client anywhere

mirc is an internet relay chat program. It doesn't do anything else.
If you would like a web browser with an IRC client included, you can use mozilla firefox with the chatzilla extension.

Java is more convientent imo because lots of programs use java. mIRC is just chatting

irc aint just for chatting
downloads
sounds
scripting and stuff

If you're server banned though, it doesn't matter which IRC client you try, you'll still be refused access :p

i know i use a different server anyway
i never just use 1 server
