I think he's talking about Jojo the singer, who is like, 14.
I don't think they look remotely alike, especially not now Lindsay Lohan is stick thin and has dyed her hair blonde, there was nothing wrong with the way she was, but now shes just another bad role model for kids :cry:

Umm, yeah they do. I just typed in Jojo in google images because I've
never heard of her/seen her and when the pictures came up I thought I
had typed Lindsay or something. They look different, but at first glance
they look very alike.

Goodness no. Jojo looks like a slightly chubby middle school student and Lindsay Lohan looks like and older version of the kid from Problem Child with long hair.

And for those of you who don't know, there's a 13 or 14 year old singer named Jojo whom I'm almost certain he's talking about, and I am talking about, not our beloved EoFF's Monkey.
