I cannot decide out of all the Pink Floyd guitar solos, but one of the best would undoubtedly be Comfortably Numb.

Jimmy Page's guitar work on The Song Remains The Same is fantastic!

Ginger of the Wildhearts, Dave Navarro of Janes Addiction and Deron Miller of CKY are some of my favourites. I'm really liking Tom Morello at the moment too, everything he writes is catchy as hell.

I don't really have a favorite. Although I absolutely love Dave Gilmour's style.

Lyrical minimalism is win.

I was convinced my favourite is Jimmy Page but then I thought about Steve Morses solo's for a while and might change just to not be greedy.

Dimebag. He was one of the greatest.
Pink Floyd's Wish you Were Here. I love the smooth sound.

The outro solo in Comfortably Numb wins for me. Davie Gilmour knows how to rock it.

You may have already guessed, but my favourite guitarist is John Petrucci. I have two favourite solos from him, though. On the Live At Budokan DVD, his "Hollow Years" solo is rife with emotion and it makes the song really hit you hard. But his best one is definitely the outro solo to "In The Name Of God" on the same DVD. It's not on Train Of Thought so you have to see/hear it to know what I mean.

Jimmy Page's guitar sings no better than on Since I've Been Loving You. I'm glad someone gave props to Song Remains The Same, though - that's usually an underrated Led song. :)

This isn't my favorite solo, but I wanted to shout out to Johnny Nashinal on Electric Six - Naked Pictures of Your Mother, where Dick Valentine growls "SOLO!!!" and then the solo starts. It's pretty sweet. :D

Jerry Cantrell is mighty fine.

As for solo, I'm not sure. I enjoyed the Man In The Box solo though.
