I was listening to the radio on the way to work today and they said that England had voted the hair gel scene in 'Theres Something About Mary' as the funniest movie scene of all time. Although it was a funny scene, I dont think it should be up there as the best. I cant really think of the best one off the top of my head since there have been so many, but the scene from Ace Ventura 2 when he comes out of the rhinos butt comes to mind. What does everyone else consider to be the best?

Hard to nail down the best, but speaking of Ace Ventura, I like the scene in Pet Detective (the first movie) where he's in the mental institute, running around in the Tutu:
"Lets see that in instant replay!! Super Slow-mo! *does it all backwards*" :p
That one's great.
And that hair gel scene......it was funny, but I can't see for the life of me how it gets voted Most Funny.

The gameshow scene in Mallrats is the funniest thing I've ever seen. When Brody tells his cousin Walter story about the planecrash, the way he tells it coupled with the audience's rapt attention all the way through had me in tears on the floor. Everyone should see that film for that one scene.

I liked on Happy Gilmore when Happy gave the black guy the crocodile head that took the black guys arm and the black guy screamed and fell out the window and died yeah I liked that bit.....

In the movie Dont Be A Menace when there pulling out guns which are getting bigger ( it was on Itchy And Scratchy one time )
And in Goonies when chunk is telling his life story.....lol

The scene in Ace Ventura 2 when Jim Carrey was trying to climb out of the mechanical rhino was absolutely hilarious to me, even though most of the movie sucked. Funniest scene ever, though, would probably be from either Airplane! of Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

When George and his mate go ape<img src="/xxx.gif"><img src="/xxx.gif"><img src="/xxx.gif"><img src="/xxx.gif"> at Brenda's funeral in Scary Movie 3 lol I have watched it at least 13 times and I still always end up nearly wetting myself just from that scene :D

Pretty much all of Monty Python's The Holy Grail comes to mind. What's not to love about the Frenchmen in the castle, The Black Knight, or the knight's of the round table? And of course who could forget...... The Killer Rabbit!!

What comes to mind at the moment...
Tommy Boy ~ "Fat guy in a litte coat", when Tommy's using the car models of a potential buyer in his "demonstration".
Zoolander ~ Gasoline Fight.
Anchorman ~ The whole dang movie.

Monsters, Inc. - The opening scene, where the monster is trying to scare the kid, it doesn't work, the kid scares the monster, and then the scene pans out and it was all just a simulation. Genius. I remember seeing that in the threater and the entire audience cracked up for like five minutes. That was hilarious.
