Yes, a Fmaily Guy movie.

Apparently it was supposed to be a direct to DVD release movie planned for this fall, but magically it appared on the internet within the last week.

It's basically an hour and a half Family Guy episode but relativly funnier than most of Season 4 and with the F-word and more mature subjects in it.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and I wish more TV shows did random movies.
Though I believe that his is actually 3 Family Guy episodes just tied together and released as a movie. (The episode names being: Stewie B. Goode, Stu & Stewie's Excellent Adventure and Bango Was His Name Oh .)

What is everyones thoughts and opinions on this?

:)

I had no idea such a thing existed. Now I have something to look forward to in Autumn though, I suppose. Sounds very cool.

I'm surprised so few people have heard of it. Adult Swim's been plugging it a lot lately and it's been all over the digg front page.

I'm going to wait for the DVD, though a friend of mine saw the leak and said it's really good.

It was a pretty good movie. I liked it. It wasnt as good as the show though.

Yeah, the beginning is real good, but like most movies made from TV shows
it gets real slow and you're basically just wanting it to end.

Was pretty funny though, and I almost died when Stewie said "your face."
That phrase is mine, and it's spreading like wildfire. If anyone says it, tell
them you know the kid who invented it. ;[

Hey, I watched it today, and then right after I saw a commercial on TV for the DVD being released on the 27th. xD

It was alright...not as funny as I would have hoped, but there were some moments that were real jems in it.

I think it's funny how people are saying how it's not as good as the show. It's three currently unaired episodes that will air in the spring. Edited of course. They just made them extra dirty for the DVD and will cut them for the series.

What I watched weren't episodes. What I watched was a movie.

*rolls eyes* The Stewie movie is three episodes spliced together. They announced forever ago that that's all it would be. 3 uncut and overly profane episodes, that will be seperated, edited, and aired.

This can be confirmed here:

It wasn't nearly as funny as the old episodes, but it still had its moments.

I wish they would've elaborated more at the ending.

Bought and watched it yesterday. Like others said, it had it's moments, but wasn't as funny as it should have been. Two particularly funny moments stick out in my mind. One was the Britney Spears comeback tour (somehow I don't think the parody was too far off of what's to come :D), and the other was Stewie calling Brian "B" and Brian's reaction to it. That part probably wasn't funny to most people, but being named Brian myself, I can relate to the annoyance of being called "B" by people who think they're cool.

You remind me of the kid in second grade who used to say that his dad could beat up Mike Tyson. Every school had one.

Anyway, totally forgot about the Jesus gag. Pure hilarity.

I'd tell the story and stuff about the first time I used it, the witnesses who
were there, I could even find the exact date probably, but I think it's
funnier to just say that I invented it knowing full well that I did. It
spread like crazy and a lot of people were saying it a few months later,
so if other people came up with it at the same time as I did that's cool, I
actually sort of figure that's what happened...I'm a believer in mass
consciousness...but either way I know that I came up with it so it's cool.

I liked that, and the part near the end (sorry if I don't quote this right)
Stu: Well..uh...that was ok...
Fran: What, the 8 seconds of sex or the 40 minutes of crying?

"Your friend Stewie, and he's always going to be there for you."

I'm suprised at some of the reviews here. I just watched it last night, and thought it was the same quality of the show.

Favorite Parts: Stewie meets Steve Allen in hell (Let's do this)
Stu and Parade Magazine
Brian and Stewart playing pac-man
The inflatible tube man
The incest scene
Meg asking Peter to talk about her on his show

Ahh...to many to mention

The movie is funny. But the storyline could have been way better. You know how many people already did things based on the future??
