Stupid Power Generators

Hey everyone. I've been messing around for a few hours now trying to steal a Power Generator from Blitzes around the Talle Mountains in Disc 3. And so far, I haven't come up with anything other than [BETRAYAL SWORD x8]. I know it is a rare item and hard to get and all, but is it really that hard to find?

My characters are lvls 94, 100, and 100, so it should make the Blitz the required level to drop the Power Generator. Also, in another forum, it was stated that I should not have Rare Item equipped, and I have since unequipped it. My Mugging character has junctioned Luck as well. I don't know if that helps or not.

If anyone can give me any hints or tips or anything, it would be greatly appriciated.

Make your WHOLE or 2/3of your party with Luck-J.That should increase your chances.& how come not Rare-item?Isn't that ironic?Well,I don't know,but *looks for smarter person.* Something else I didn't mention would help.Where is Squall of SeeD when you need him? :mad2:

I believe Rare Item affects items the monster drops, not what you can steal from it.

Try scanning the Blitzs to make sure they're level 30 or above. Their level should be the average of all six characters, not just the three in your active party.

You odds of sucessfully steal/mugging a Power Generator is 12/256 for a level 30 Blitz or higher.

omg why waste time with the blitzes...for pulse ammo just go to esthar and kill elnolyes. Otherwise if you want the blue magic just go to lunatic pandora(laguna had to set the traps)and you get a free power generator for the ray bomb
