I didn't watch the version of the video that's linked to because it was taking forever to download, so I'm assuming it isn't subtitled. I have this video and have watched it a dozen times because it's the cutest freaking thing ever. The woman doing the voiceover is Japanese, and she very plainly says the girl is three years old and Korean.
