Posting Pictures in Messages

Hm, help please. I want to post a message in the sig/ava forum but I want to be able to post pictures in my message that I'd like to have in my sig/ava. How exactly do I post the pictures? The pictures are saved on my computer.

If you have them uploaded to a place like photobucket.com, click the yellow square with a mountain and sun on it and copy and paste the link.

If not, click on Manage Attachments and then upload the photo. :)
