Yeah but you have to pay 300,000 to buy it so overall it costs more because I doubt you will have to rest at an in so many times that it costs you 300,000, you could go to the corel hotel were it only cost 50 gil!
I still buy it though,I like to think of it as it adds to your getting 100%.

i buy it regardless. just because costa de sol is the coolest town, and it adds a little spice to the story of the game.

uhmm, you obviously arent sure what your talking about. you can obtain the contents of those chests before you buy the house, and on your first trip to costa de sol. theres only one good reason to buy it, and thats because it works like an inn. if you buy it to make the game more complete, ok, but the main purpose of it is to actlike an inn.

soz i do see what what your saying but no ones gona have that much then... also even at that point in the game you might as well rest at a random inn. I think its just to make you feel better... i mean, i have over 40 million gill and it feels good just to spend it on somthing more than a tent or somthing

i had 300,000 on a first trip to costa de sol second tiem through game. did it just so i could get the money, monsters loot, and exp. endedup buying it.

and yeah, another reason is to make you feel good about you having 300k to waste.

You two will get along just fine, like i said in princevodlac's
thread, because you two also cannot spell correctly. What next.....

Anyway, to the subject, does anyone actually know if it adds to your 100%, because i would really like to know. :D

So you can start a family, it is part of the FFVII mini game - SIMS (in FFVII LOLZ).

Do you people know nothing or something?!

Buying the villa is just like getting the 1/35 shinra soldiers and tissue.....

I only bought it because I was in the area and had like four stars on me, but I just finished a really hard mission and didn't want to get busted before saving. I didn't have a lot of cash, but I had enough to buy it and save me the trouble of doing the mission over again.

if something costs a lot of money, then i buy it. just because i can. that's why i bought the villa. also, think about it, you can go up to lecrecia n be like "psh yeah you got a nice cave, waterfall, and lake, but you don't have a nice cozy villa with FURNITURE and a BEACH! yeah, thas right biatch." then that's when vincent comes and shoots ur brains out.

but still, it costs a lot of money, and if you buy it, you have a sense of pride that sez "yeah... that's mine," just like when you point at tifa and you have a sense of horniness that sez "yeah... those are mine."
