Prologue (the Bridge-Crossing Theme) and Ending Theme are my favorites. They're especially great in FF Origins with the enhanced music quality. I find it excellent how in both songs it starts out soft and beautiful, and then the full orchestra (well, orchestral synth instruments) comes in, making the songs truly fantastic. :D

Prelude is the song that plays when you first start the game, not the song that plays when you cross the bridge. The bridge crossing song is the Prologue.

I like the Music in Chaos Shrine/Sunken Shrine, Past Chaos Shrine and the Marilith/Tiamat Boss Theme. The Western Keep/Citadel of Trials music was good too, but I liked the above ones better. The World Map music got in my head for ages.

There are so many good songs. I like the songs in the Sunken Shrine, Temple of Chaos, Crystal Theme, Prologue, and the song when you Chaos. I like the Western Keep/Citadel of Trials far more than any other, though.
