It could have been slightly premature, but regardless, she didnt get to till Anakin until she was showing, so she was in the later stages of pregnancy.

Padme was preganant for awhile before she told Anakin. And then Anakin did quite a few things involving leaving the planet and following Obi-Wan. There is a lot of time jumping in this movie.
