Hello!

1. Is it possible for me to ride an chocobo? im lvl 10 WAR and lvl 8 WHM
2. Where are the 100 exp monsters? :)

Yes, it's possible to ride Chocobos, first you must be level 20, then go to Juneon and do the Chocobo quest.

At level 10, you should start joining parties. Go do Valkrum Dunes or Tahrongi Canyon.

Like stated, you have to be level 20 to go to Jeuno and get your chocobo license. After that to ride chocobos from Jeuno, the crags, or the outlands, you have to be level 20. From Windurst, San d'Oria, and Bastok you can grab a chocobo at level 15 but it won't last for as long and any chocobo riding gear you may have will have no effect.

When it comes down to it at level 10 your only real choice (other than continuing soloing which becomes significantly more difficult) is to go to Valkurm. I don't know how it is on other servers, but on Midgardsormr you can't really find a party anywhere else.

If you're soloing you shouldn't be fighting the 100 exp. (even match) mobs anyway. The exp. is much faster and safer if you fight easy prey mobs. You can fight loads of easy prey mobs before having to rest, whereas after one or two even match fights you're going to have to rest.
