By Black Sabbath I'm reffering to when they had Ozzy.

To me Randy Rhoads is a damn good guitarist and Ozzy said it himself that he perfers Randy over Black Sabbath. But, just the sound of Black Sabbath makes me like them. I think they both are amazing.

So what do you think about these artists.

I actually liked Zakk Wylde as his guitarist in no more tears, but Blizzard of Ozz was an awsome album.

Sabbath. I really am just biased towards bands most of the time, unless the person was always solo, like Tori Amos. I'd prefer her solo if she joined a band. But Ozzy was in a band then went solo.

Ozzy's Dead.

Back in the day Black Sabbath was unbeleaveable. But ozzy's new stuff is really pathetic.

same goes for almost every band Bawb.

Ozzy and Sabbath both have some truely great songs.

Ozzy

No More Tears
Diary of a Madman
Over the Mountain
Dreamer
Goodbye to Romance
Mr Crowley

Sabbath

Paranoid
War Pigs
Iron Man
Changes

Each is great.

Randy Rhoads is (well, was; may he rest in peace) incredible. But Black Sabbath is quite literally the foundation of modern rock music. So, even though a lot of modern rock music is crap, I have to go with Sabbath. Can't beat the classics.

Both are great but Black Sabbath are just a little bit better

Mr.Crowely really shows how much potenial Randy had, 'Tis a shame. I don't really have my bio down pat for Ozzy, so refresh my memory, how did Randy die again?

I noticed that Black Sabbath really tries to show off its drummer, while Ozzy lets his electric guitarist play lots of solos.

I think that the question should be, "with which guitarist is ozzy better with"

His songs vary alot with each guitarist... so that would be 4 choices instead of 2.
