Is it possible to connect my PS2 to my PC via the USB connection and download get memory card data onto my memory cards like that?

As far as I know, no. However, the lastest AR/GS lets you copy/import saves to/from a USB key (which you can then save to your PC). Gran Turismo 4 is the only game I know of that lets you save screenshots to a USB key, too.

Gameshark had something that let you do that a while back. I'd go check your local EB Games.

Joel, did you even read what I posted? I said the latest <a href="http://products.gameshark.com/82aa/default.asp">Gameshark</a> lets you save to/load from a <b>USB key</b>. Did I say Dex Drive? No.
