Ok i am trying to get some of the items but i am a little confused since i do not think this technique was introduced in other games.

Its the ball charge attack or whatever this guy says. In Metroid: ZM, theres little nooks where only the Morph Ball can go to, however sometimes in these nooks theres Speed Booster Blocks blocking the way to the Ammo that i like to collect(damn Hard Mode). How is it possible to Speed Boost pass these in ball form? Help me out here x_x its pissing me off...

You need to have both the Speed Booster and the High Jump. Run normally until the speed boost kicks in, then crouch to charge it. Now, instead of immediately jumping to do a normal Shinespark, go into ball form first and then jump. Here (http://www.metroid2002.com/0/item_tricks_brinstar_tanks.php)'s a video that demonstrates it pretty well.

Yeah, that makes a great sequence break, because you can get it immediately after you recieve the High Jump boots.

Going for those tanks after getting the High Jump isn't a good sequence-break at all, since it requires you to climb all the way out of Norfair. There are much better ways of getting Super Missiles early.

Yeah, I guess so. But what are other good ways of getting super missle tanks early?

Now those are skills. I would never even think to try that. Thanks for showing it.

He pressed Down to charge the Shinespark. Same as always.
