I was browsing through the Live8 archives on AOL and came across the Jay-Z + Linkin Park videos. I'm not a big fan of either Jay-Z or Linkin Park, but I found their onstage collaboration to be pretty fascinating. I know Linkin Park has been near the rap-rock interface for some time, and while I believe there could be a much better job done merging the two, no one capable really comes to mind. DJ Danger Mouse did a good job with Grey Album, in my opinion, but I never really liked the Black Album raps in the first place, so it wasn't that much more appealing. (What More Can I Say was pretty solid on Grey, though). Anyways, who could do this better? Who has done this better and I haven't discovered them? Discuss.

rage against the machine are the best rap/rock group. They even have a funk sound.
