So Im on some part with all of this mechanical stuff where you can find a map. Thing is..I dunno where to go and all. But the other thing is..I plugged in my SNES to play FFIV but I dont feel like taking it out 'till I finish it and I am almost done. But enough of that. I need help on the place Im stuck on. I tried walkthrough's such as RPGclassics and GameFAQ but I still can't get out. Help please...

the ship graveyard near the beginning where you find the world map?

or the ancient temple with all the gears and stuff and the part where you have to check the plants?

Maybe the Wind Shrine? You have to climb up vines there.

Might be talking about the Lonka Ruins.

he might be talking about anywhere. I thought the world map was in the ship graveyard.

You go to the world map, I dunno when exactly, but it says I got the Map of it at the place. Wait a sec. *Goes to RPGclassics* Some ship. With DR.Cid. I think it's where you get the fire crystal...

the fire ship. yes that place is mechanical as well. it has elevators and chutes, much like the magitek factory in ff6.

if you dont pick up the map in the ship graveyard (coz some ninny might forget ie:me) then it appears in the fire ship after the first elevator.

have you reached the room where there are four tunnels leading to a mesh of conveyor belts? take the second tunnel. you'll fall into a room with another conveyor belt (i hope) dont use that conveyor belt and go into the room which is a save point. the next room just requires you to pull all the switches and then you go through to the boss

i think thats right. but i did it from memory so if its not let me know and i'll see where i went wrong

Well, if we're getting technical, then you can still beat the fireship, AND beat FFIV first.

But I don't think we wanna get techincal.

Then go beat FFIV. Why did you make a topic about getting through the fireship if you don't want to get through the fireship yet? Either I am missing something, or you make no sense. I think it's the latter.

He means that he what's the info now, so he can use it later.

I suggest that you just find a half decent play guide. It won’t question your motives for no reason….

Hmm, unless it was some form of enchanted play guide…but then why would it insult you? It must have better things to do with its time...although it is a play guide, so it probably leads a very boring existance. Meh, if you find an enchanted one tell me, 'cause this is going to bother me all day...

if you can't find your way through the fire ship without help then you probably shouldn't play ff5.

Just throw an ice rod and that gets rid of most of Liquid Flame's hp at the very begining.

By the way, does anyone know where I can find Stingrays to fight? I'm pretty sure they ought to be in the water somewhere in world 3 but I haven't run into any.

Stingrays appear in the sea south of the Phoenix Tower, but north of the sunken Walz Tower. Try to stay to the north as much as possible; fighting weak enemies will indicate that you're in the correct region. From there, the Stingray is a rare battle.
