There are many rappers that represent their home so I would like to make this thread to get to know your top 5 rappers of what side.. (North, West etc.)

Edit: K so,I thought. You dont have to have 5 but that's the maximum. So if you can't think of anymore. Leave it..

East
Nas
A Tribe Called Quest
Eminem
Busta Ryhmes
DMX

West
Tupac
OUTLAWZ
Dr. Dre
Ice Cube

South
Young Buck
Lil' Wayne
Ludacris
Nelly
Juvinille

If theres a rapper you dont like but you can't think of anymore, just add them to the list....No wait.. *edits top post*

Anyways I've only heard of a few like Tupac, all the mainstream ones now and some old ones. I go with my fave being Run DMC though I don't know which side their from.

Well, being from the south here the hiphop style has more of a amped movement. The only rapper I listen too regularly is Lil' Wayne. Not really his mainstream material but his SQAD and underground albums. I enjoy listenening to his music because he doesn't really hide or shade his lyrics. He talks about everything on a calm level and his voice fits the profile as well.

The choice of words he uses leads me to believe he's a smart individual. And I wouldn't call him a legend but he's been rapping since he was literally a child. That's talent.
