DMKA is moving to the area, and we're going to go to Six Flags to celebrate! It's going to be hot, miserable, and totally awesome. If you're in the area and you feel like you can make it, we'd love to have you! If you're on the way, the back seat of my car is free.

We came home early today, but the park was awesome. I hope it's that cleared out when we go on Saturday, although I'm not sure it will be since it's a weekend. They're pretty strict about what they let you bring in the park, I would be surprised if they didn't let you bring water in. Bottles are $3.00 in the park, so it's not so bad if you only buy one, aside from the obligatory park meal.

I'm going to be doing an in-between lunch and dinner meal at Mooseburger Lodge, near the front gate. If you're all down for that, expect to pay about $15.00 after tax and tip, unless you share with someone and get water rather than a filthy soda. You get a lot of food there, so sharing isn't out of the question, and it's air-conditioned, you're waited on, and it's the best food in the park. Not a bad expense when you consider a basket of chicken fingers and fries is $9.00, alone.

So, yeah. I'll be leaving my house at about 8:00 AM and I know that will irk a lot of you lazy jerks, but it's one f***ing day out of the year. Suck it up.

I have a 4.0 mega pixel digital camera...will that work? Only thing is I don't have additional memory so I'd either have to turn the resolution down or be limited to like 16 pictures highest resolution and 30 lowest resolution (which happens to be 1024x768 pixels). If that's not good enough someone else can bring their's. Unless I get a memory cartridge by then and it can take lots of pics (I doubt it though).
