it comes standard and free (at least on my mobile). Boardwalk, it's called. i missed Sunny Day, and soon i'll grieve the summer days. that's the original, but it still wasn't loud enough on level 8 b/c it's such a soft tune. Boardwalk is a great alternative, since nobody would walketh on it unless it was a sunny day at the beach :strut: .
which tunes does you choose?

What's the point of a tune or song ringtone if you're going to pick up the phone quickly? Are you just going to make the person wait so that you can listen to your silly little tunes?

Yes.
Mine, oddly enough, is Beat It by Micheal Jackson. Oddly because it's a Chinese phone and all the other songs are in Chinese.
I miss my old phone with its lovely music from The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.
edit: There are plenty of free ringtones to be had. I've never paid for any of mine.

Mine came with my phone xD.
I'm too cheap to buy one. But my mom's plays Pink Flyod. ( I can't spell today so don't go there)

As am I xD. All my current songs came with my phone. The Zissou ones were free, and my more musically inclined friends have programmed video game and anime music into my old phone. I dont even pay for real music, not gonna pay for ringtones.

Actually, most ringtones, especially with these "ringtone clubs" you don't even BUY the ringtones, you RENT them monthly for £3.

I use the ones that were programmed into my phone when I got it. They're not real songs, just little tunes.
But when I traded it in, "Brown Eyed Girl" was on it, so now prettymuch any girl that calls me, that's her ringtone. Family and close friends are "Latin Loops" (preprogrammed), and everybody else is "Ambient" (preprogrammed).

It's has more to do with distinguishing when it's my phone that's ringing and when it's someone else's. And yeah, I kinda like listening to my ring tone before I pick up.
Mine is the song Golden Brown by The Stranglers and it was completely free.

There's a program or somthing that allows you to use any song you want as a ringtone. My stepfather has it, quite convienent actually. :cool:

Bah, the last phone I had didn't HAVE any of these crazy ringtones. I went for the standard ring thankyouverymuch.
That said, I havn't used the phone for years now. I like being out of touch from time to time.

Well, since the regular "ring" on my phone is just plain awful, I went with one on Hat Dance, which is, amazingly enough, a tune like a Mexican Hat Dance.
Although, I am considering getting Linus and Lucy a.k.a The Charlie Brown Theme, just because Charlie Brown > all.

"Ring ring," for normal people. If you are one of my best friends you get to have the Pirates of the Caribbean ringtone. I just do that so I know if I want to anwser the phone or not.
