Ive been puzzled about this for a while now

yes i knwo how it work, woman spray their chests with water to make their breats show through, but how do you actually determine who wins?

Suggestions Anyone? :choc:

Not necessarily the biggest, just the best looking. "Best of Show". And not just the best looking, but I don't think I've seen a wet t-shirt contest where all of the shirts actually stay on. But getting them wet makes them easer to tear off.

Judges take in different criteria as size, apperance, and the girl in general... I think :)

If you watch Howard Stern on E! you would know that a girls figure and face are two completely seperate things. Appearance is crutial imo as bipper said
