FFIII - Stuck Again

So, I'm as Locke back at the South Figaro.

Duncan's wife tells me to find a secret passage under the rich man's house, but the soldiers are blocking the way.

In the old man's house, the kid's telling me that only merchants may pass. Locke did say he needs some new clothes, and I've foguht the merchant at the shop a couple of times, but how do I steal his clothes?

Just "Steal".
It is that simple.
Then you head "upwards" outside, then left and down until you find a green soldier.
Steal from him as well, then head for the basements in the pub.

Okay, now I'm stuck yet again.

I was able to leave the town and save Celes, but where am I supposed to go now? Somebody mentioned something about a town in the east...?

You're supposed to be heading to Marshe. That's the town you first came to. Just head over to the cave you passed through before.

Anyways, I got stuck again....

I just arrived at the town of Nikeah. How do I get anywhere, since it seems to be surrounded by water and mountains?

This game can be tricky that's why I use gamefaqs.com it helps you move along faster.
I know I'm too impatient to post on the board every time I'm stuck.

Yeah, sorry 'bout that, I figured it out and was gonna remove my post but oh well...

You see Hopeless Deviate, I usually play games with the walk thru neatly beside me, and I figured that for once, I could try and beat the game without a walk thru :D
